Information for Exhibitors

There will be space for about 250 exhibitors. We shall contact all exhibitors on our database from mid April. Ideally to save postage costs we would prefer to contact exhibitors via email. However, we will use Royal Mail for those without an email address.

We offer different size stalls, 3ft, 4ft, 6ft and 6ft with backboard. We will need exhibitors to respond promptly by the beginning of May.

In the event that we are oversubscribed, then we will have to draw ‘winners’. Notification of accepted applications will go out in early June. Please see our full Terms and Conditions below.
